Isabelle had been awake very early and had just come back from a ride, she passed the horse over to a stable boy and after making sur her hair was still neat she straightened her dress and headed off to get breakfast.

Katrina woke, stretching her arms.  She pushed herself out of bed, and ran downstairs.  "Hello father." She said, running past him.  She headed to the kitchen and snatched a loaf of bread, then ran back to her room.  She got into her best gown, and placed her tiara on her head.  Its design was similar to that of a laurel wreath, the silver leaves joining on her forehead.  Where they joined was a  single jewel, an emerald.  She had heard that a knight was coming, and his sister.  Perhaps she could become that girls friend.  She looked at the dress, her eyes full of annoyance.  She hated dressing up, but her mother always insisted.  The dress was a beautiful emerald green that shimmered when she walked. It had a slightly darker lace cover over parts.  It was a pretty dress she thought. Katrina then ran out the door, heading downstairs to the entrance of the castle.

Dani finished her breakfast before her brother and hurriedly ran towards the horses he'd brought for riding on today. Dani had ridden this horse many times. She got onto the horse that she usually rode on. She had named it Apple because of it's love for Dani's Apple Crackers. She rode around while she waited for her brother, her bow still strapped onto her back. He came out and they rode off together towards the home of the royals. Dani could not stop talking about it as she rode Apple.

Katrina looked at the edge of the hill, where a shape was approaching. "They are almost here! She yelled, running to meet the pair.

Dani and her brother stopped the horses. Her brother bowed to Katrina and Dani stared in amazement. "Wow, are you a princess?" Dani asked, her voice sounding excited.
