Yo. So I've been dizzy and nauseous all week, and the doctor says I might have positional vertigo. Wondering if there's anyone out there who has it, and can give me tips on how to deal with it?

Thanks!

Wow! I said something in this thread. I must really like you!

I'm kidding. I hate everyone.

(unless you're Gupi1999. Then I love you.)

That sounds like something my mom told me she has, for her it's like, she can't get too high ### the ground before her body starts acting weird, like she'll get really dizzy

I do not like bad grammar, and there is a high chance of me correcting you.

Yes Stormie-chan is back once again.

My uncle actually had something like this... At one point, he couldn't even stand. He went to some therapist dude who helped him with simple arm movements. He's find now... I'm 99.9% sure it's not the same thing you have, but I'm sure there are similar ways to, not necessarily cure it, but to decrease it.

You can look up some helpful tips on the internet or talk to your doctor. Sorry I couldn't be much help, but I wish you the best.
