With the chain mail, stuff like the first example I gave you can intimidate the younger users. Also, once they start, they sometimes don't stop. Like a chain mail about a guy who was older than 18, he got banned, but the chain mail went round for about 4 months, even though he was banned. And spamming, well it's just annoying, like it will flood your newsfeed and the latest board posts
