Hey everyone. I need tips on waking up early and going to sleep early.

Well it depends on what time it is but try to set your clock early a couple hours so you fell good when you sleep. When you get up early you'll be energized , if your feeling tired when you wake up drink and energy drink and put cold water on your face.

OMG. true story time. ok so you know those breath sprays that people use in the movies before someone is about to kiss someone. well i thought it was perfume they used. and i tried it when i was smaller , AND IT TASTED REALLY BAD

If you can't go to sleep organize your bed again take a couple of breaths and try to sleep to some music or a tv show or whatever noise make you happy.

Get off of the computer, first of all. That helps me fall asleep a lot quicker. Then, turn off all the lights/tv/ect. and make sure you don't have any distractions. It helps to sleep in a room that's slightly cool, so turn the temperature in your house down. As for waking up early, use an alarm and take a shower right after you wake up. You won't really feel tired after that.
