My shadow has taken my pride and swallowed it whole,

My shadow has taken my identity and passed it off as their own,

My shadow has left me and made me feel all alone,

My shadow has taken my personality and rolled it off the cliff of pain,

My shadow has watched over me, making me feel ashamed.
