Plagiarism is really bad. For all of you who don't know what plagiarism is,it's when people see one thing and they copy it and don't give them credit for what you've copied from them. DON'T EVER PLAGIARISE FROM OTHER PEOPLE YOU HAVE YOUR OWN MIND AND YOU CAN THINK OF THINGS BY YOURSELF!!!! smile

Technically no, there's no rule against it -but you'll get called out on it and look like an idiot and probably lose potential readers.

Fan fiction is not plagiarism. If you come up with an original story for whatever show/characters, etc. it's protected under the Fair Use policy.
