East Manchester High, also known as East High, is located in the center of Central City, the largest city in southern California. East High also happens to be the school of two students who's families are both fairly influential in America, but both of them or complete opposites. One is a prep and the other a total punk- and both have been practically raised in Central City, constantly putting the two of them at one another's throats. Both have created their one little gangs and East High is ruled by the two gangs, both always fighting to get the upper hand. But after a few incidents, the two leaders begin to gain feelings for one another- romantic ones. But what will that mean for the constant feud ? Is that good?
