I think bullying should not be allowed but people do it anyways. I feel sad when people kill them self because they are being bullied because they like Justin Bieber or Selena Gomez, and so on but because of who you like you get bullied. That doesn't make sense. People are getting bullied everyday and people don't see it because  they are the bully's if you are going to be a bully you cant make friends. The only friends you have is the other bully's  and that not good. cause when you go to high school you wont have friends and people are going to start to stick up for them self and they are going to make you feel ashamed of what you did to them for the past year or two. Its not fun to be a bully because you miss out on all the fun things and nobody is not going to want to be around you anymore. That's why bullying needs to STOP!!!

I think that bulling should stop.  I don't think it should stop, though, because of the reasons you mentioned, such as missing out on fun.  I think that we should stop because it hurts others, mentally and physically.

 I don't know about it being not allowed to bully though.  For the U.S.A., (yeah, I know that the web is international), there's such thing as freedom of speech.  So even if a bully says something mean, they're covered by that.  For physical bullying, there isn't a law that says "You can't hit people!".  Though, that is only for public property.  And plus, I think that choosing not to bully others is a personal decision, that only you can decide.  Not something others can decide for you.  

I DO NOT think that bullying is a good thing, though.
