I like to play it coy, kind of bring it. Never say you like him right away be like "Oh I really like this guy, but I don't he likes me and blah blah blah" a guy who really likes you will tell you how beautiful and wonderful you are and how anybody would be lucky to date you. While if he doesn't feel the same he might say something like don't worry or it's okay. Or if you want to be blunt about it just ask him out on a date.
