My parents bought me Headkandi headphones for christmas and they've started to go all weird. They go all fuzzy when I'm trying to listen to the music and you have to rotate the wires a certain way and I had to jam the headphones into my ipod and it really hurt my hand. What's wrong with them? I did some research and they were £15 so I don't want my parents  to be annoyed. Can you help?
