Flipnote Hatena (DSi needed)
Flipnote is a piece of software for the DSi XL or DSi. You need an ID for it, though. Flipnotes are like flipbooks, basically. But you can put just pictures on it.
DeviantART. You draw something on paper, scan it onto your computer, and upload it! Simple! Or draw something on the DeviantART Muro Drawer.
