Dear Dish-It, I Want to Shave My Legs

Dear Dish-It, is here to whisper "ttyl after I've thought about this some more".

Dear Dish-It,

I get really embarrassed talkin' to my mom about things like growing up. I really wanna tell her that I wanna shave my legs, but every time I try to, I feel really stupid and chicken out. Please don't just tell me that it's simple because to me it's not and my legs are so hairy it's getting me down.

Dear catcrazy,

Shaving is definitely tricky to get the hang of, but it's not as scary as you might think. Try not to feel embarrassed to talk to your mom about shaving cuz that's what moms are for. She’s not going to think you’re silly or laugh at you cuz she went through this exact situation when she was your age and is sure to be a big help in getting you through it. Let your mom know that you want to start shaving your legs and would like a few pointers on how to do it. If you’re not comfortable talking to your mom, you can always talk to your school nurse or someone at your local drug store. Get them to recommend alternative hair removal techniques, like bleaching, waxing, or using a depilatory cream like Nair.

So, ya gotta burning question? Need some love directions? Thinking 'bout stuff like depression, sex,how ya feel 'bout YOURSELF (that's called "self-esteem"), boyfriends, girlfriends, losing old friends, bullying or peer pressure, but too scared to ask the parents? Don't be scared to Dish-It here. Send all of your questions to Dish-It. But 'member, if ya hang out in Chat with other Kidzworld members who know ya by your 'username', ya might wanna use a secret nickname when ya write in. That way no one will ever know it's you. And, just in case ya don't know, Dish-It gets a lotta letters everyday, and she can't answer 'em all. So keep checking the column because she's probably answering something very similar to your question while you're out doing something else. K? And Thanks! Ya keep her outta trouble. Oh! And if you have got words of wisdom you wanna share,We'll dish 'em up, too.

Honestly, I don't have BFF'S. They all are just my friends, only friends because they are not the person whom I can share anything. They are always fun and joking, chilling types. But, I'd be glad if I find someone who'll understand me. Not all the joking and etc.  :)

Just use a darkish eye-shadow in the creases of your eyelid, and don't use any foundation. No-one will notice that you are wearing makeup and your eyes will appear slightly bigger and more dreamy.  :D

make sure you keep your face clean to prevent acne, I use CLEAR CELL medicated acne lotion which I brought from ###########.#############.###################################-cell-medicated-acne-lotion. Besides that, I use light foundation whenever I go out and kohl for my eyes.

There have been times when you are lost in a world of thought all about the same thing: BFFs. BFFs are challenging to deal with so comment here if you are lost in a world  of BFFs.
