Nomi Sunrider Strategy Tips
Nomi is a fistfull of "Nuh-uh, talk to the hand." just waiting to happen. From messing with any squad that tries to combine fire to the ultimate Force shutdown, she can turn
Yoda of Dagobah into
Kermit the Frog in about six seconds with
Force Sever. Yikes! It's hard to use, but no save makes it scary!
Good Guessers!
The incredibly speedy
Mr. King was on the ball again, guessing this week's previews. In the spirit of not hogging the spotlight -
Kazu was hot on his heels and just as correct.

SWM: General Dodonna
Figure: General Dodonna
Faction: Rebel
Cost: 9
Hit Points: 30
Defense: 13
Attack: +3
Damage: 10
Set #: 14/60
Rarity: Rare
Special Abilities:
Unique
Affinity - This character may be in a New Republic squad.
Commander Effect:
You can choose to activate only one character in each phase. (This includes Droid and Savage characters.)
General Dodonna Strategy Tips
This old guy lets you slowly activate your warriors, forcing your opponent to move all theirs way before you're done. If you have lots of figs with
Opportunist, like the Twin Attacking
Rodian Scoundrel, or a horde of
Chadra-Fan Pickpockets, both from
Alliance & Empire, you'll be able to do a lot of damage. Other than that General "Jan" Dodonna is a total wuss. Keep him as safe as possible and make sure everybody stays off his lawn.
SWM: Yuuzhan Vong Elite Warrior
Figure: Yuuzhan Vong Elite Warrior
Faction: Yuuzhan Vong
Cost: 14
Hit Points: 50
Defense: 15
Attack: +7
Damage: 10
Set #: 57/60
Rarity: Uncommon
Special Abilities:
Force Immunity Enemies cannot affect this character with Force powers, or spend Force points to reroll attacks against this character or to respond to this character's attacks and abilities.
Melee Attack
Thud Bug - Replaces attacks: Range 6; 10 damage, living target is considered activated this round; save 11 negates. Huge and larger characters ignore the nondamaging effect.
Twin Attack - Whenever this character attacks, he makes one extra attack against the same target.
Vonduun Crab Armor 11 - When this character takes damage, he can reduce the damage dealt by 10 with a save of 11.
Yuuzhan Vong Elite Warrior Strategy Tips
Even though they can't do much damage, these guys are super annoying to battle. Against big opponents, a shot or two with a
Thud Bug and even
Darth Bane will spend his turn going
"P'durrr..." rather than beating the snot out of your warriors. Against smaller opponents, the
crab armor helps keep these warriors alive as they run up and hit them with sticks. They aren't the greatest warriors in the universe, but with some strategy they can be very effective - especially if your opponent is using the Force! Just watch out for
AT-STs and anything with
Damage Reduction...

Melee Reach 2 - When attacking, this character treats enemies up to 2 squares away as adjacent.
Force Powers:
Force 4
Force Lightning 1 - Force 1, replaces attacks: range 6; 20 damage.
Lightsaber Deflect - Force 1: When hit by a nonmelee attack, this character takes no damage with a save of 11.
Commander Effect:
Each follower within 6 squares gains Flurry Attack.
Darth Nihl Strategy Tips
Mr. King guessed right with the "Raise your other hand." clue - Darth Nihl is
Darth Krayt's other hand. He spends his time battling with a weird lightsaber cane, kicking
puppies and having
arms lopped off - first he chopped of
Wolf Sazen's, then he had one of his own hacked off! With his commander effect he's great at
leading minions into battle, giving them a boost while attacking from behind them. His commander effect also combines well with... well you'll see.

Force 1.
Force Renewal 1.
Force Bubble - Force 1: When this character takes damage, reduce the damage dealt by 20.

Darth Talon Strategy Tips
This deadly
Twi'lek sith lord worked as
Darth Krayt's right hand, sneaking around the galaxy and doing his dirty work. In the minis game she's great for sneaking around in cover, only to pop out and stick her
lightsaber up someone's nose - twice! Get her to scoot around one side of the battlefield while the rest of your squad goes the other way, then keep her alive with
Force Bubble and have her clobber your opponent's warriors from behind. If you can manage it without losing her
Loner bonus, team her up with
Dannik Jerriko to give your opponent a real headache!
