Pokemon Crystal - Trainer Basics

If you've played any of the other Pokemon games you'll know how this one works. Now you can play a girl Pokemaster on your way to the top and Pokemon battling has fancier graphics. But there's no huge reason to get Pokemon Crystal if you already have one of the earlier games.

Pokemon Crystal - Fun Poke-stuff

The action is solid, the graphics are decent and the real-time clock that knows when it's really night/day rocks. Some stuff is only out at night so you actually have to sneak a flashlight under your covers to catch certain Pokemon. Breeding your Pokemon lets you collect some rare Pokemon and you can always trade with your friends to complete your collection.

Pokemon Crystal - Final Word

If you've gotta catch 'em all, or if you're new to the series, pick up Pokemon Crystal. You'll have a great time with a good game. If you're only a part-time Pokemaster then grab the latest Pokemon game on the Game Boy Advance.

How hard is Pokemon Crystal?
If you're new to Pokemon games It takes about an hour to learn the basics of battles. Once you've mastered those, the rest of the game is easy.
