Pokemon are battling everywhere - on TV, in video games and in the palm of your hand. Get ready for action with the awesome Pokemon Trading Card Game from Nintendo. You can collect all your fave Pocket Monsters, just like Hockey cards, and you can battle with your friends Pokemon cards to prove who's the best Pokemaster ever.

Pokemon Trading Card Game Poke-Basics

To battle your Pokemon you make a deck by combining your favorite 'Pokemon Cards', 'Energy Cards' to power their attacks and 'Trainer Cards' for special moves. Once you have a deck it's time to challenge a friend to a duel. Play your Pokemon Cards into the arena, power them up with Energy Cards and use Trainer Cards for special tricks. It's all the Pokemon action you can handle!

Pokemon Trading Card Game Trainer Challenges!

Once you've mastered the basics and you're ready for some serious competition you can join the worldwide Pokemon League. You can sign up to earn points and get cool free stuff - badges, cards and special challenges. If you're good enough you might get invited to a Super Trainer Showdown to show the world that you're the best Pokemon Trainer ever!

Pokemon Trading Card Game Card Facts

One cool Pokemon card set is the Neo Revelation card set. It has time travel Pokemon, three awesome legendary Pokemon that can really kick Pokebutt and a horde of evolutions and strategies. It takes a real Pokemaster to handle all this fun stuff.

Pokemon Trading Card Game Bummer

The biggest problem with collecting all your fave Pokemon is that it's gonna eat up your allowance to buy all the cards. Practice your trading skillz to save on your cash, just don't rip anyone off - nobody likes a Pokemon kidnapper. The other problem is Pokemon addiction - it's just a game so chill out every now and then, go read a book or something before you turn into a card.

How Hard Is the Pokemon Trading Card Game?

It'll take about 30 minutes to start battling Pokemon. Then the game is as hard as your opponent.

The first game came out in 1991  ;) Anyway, I love Sonic! I stink at the games though lol My favorite characters are Knuckles and Charmy And I agree that this is the best single-player game ever!

At least you aren't restricted to TTC/or be only able to try the 3-day trial.  We're actually very lucky now; nonmembers don't give Disney a lick of money. I think Toontown is very different from Club Penguin.  It has a full plot and it's 3-Dimensional.  Also, you don't really do all that much in Club Penguin other than chat and do some mini-missions.  Also, the games were targeted to a different audience... and I feel that Toontown has more memories than Club Penguin; though that may be a bit biased as I don't really have any friends on Club Penguin (LOL), don't really play anymore anyway.
