Oh Rihanna, you've made it onto our worst dressed list three times in a row now! For this awards show, she wore an ill-fitting gray frock that looked like it was made out of trash bags full of holes.

Worst Dressed: Lindsay Lohan
Is short supposed to equal sexy? Cuz we certainly don't think Lindsay Lohan's skirt-that's-doubling-as-a-dress is sexy at all, especially since a sudden gust of wind could show us more of Lilo than we'd ever want to see! We definitely love the bright purple color though!
