Whether you love or loathe hitting the books, Kidzworld’s got your guide to the must-have school supplies that’ll make it fun to come back to class!

Stainless Steel Water Bottle

Look stylish (while doing your part to conserve the earth’s resouces) by picking up your own water bottle. These durable containers come in lots of different designs—from floral and animal designs to Disney and Nickelodeon characters—the choice is yours! Steer clear of plastic bottles—after some plastic bottles were reported to contain toxic elements, it’s best to play it safe and go with stainless steel.

Running Shoes

Your parents can’t say no to new shoes—get the right ones and they’ll protect your feet from the elements and keep you in shape for gym class. For a classic cool try Converse All-Stars or if you like more support go with some cushiony trainers. These days sneakers come in so many styles and colors that it’s easy to find a cool looking shoe that fits great too.

A Fresh Box Of Crayons

Nothing beats the smell of a new box of crayons. Make sure yours has a sharpener built into the back so you can recapture the crayons’ sharp points that’ll get worn down once you create a few artistic masterpieces. Pencil crayons are probably good too—they’re a little less messy and let you color finer lines..

New Backpack

Your backpack is a great way to express yourself—you can project your love for all things Miley or keep it simple with a nondescript bag. Make sure it’s big enough to fit your homework and your lunch bag and make sure you’re comfortable carrying it on your back—if it’s not comfy when it’s empty, imagine it stuffed with books! You’ll be carrying your backpack for a whole school year, so make sure it’s stylish and durable. There’s no use buying a cool looking bag if it’s going to fall apart in a week!
