Karaoke Revolution, Your Shape, and Bit.Trip Void

Nov 20, 2009

Keep up-to-date with all the latest video game releases! Kidzworld has all the latest games to keep watch for. This week, we preview Karaoke Revolution, Your Shape, and Bit.Trip Void!

Karaoke Revolution

Konami's Karaoke Revolution has been letting gamers sing with all the pop hits for a long time now, and this latest sequel is such a huge boost to the series that they're not even giving it a number. It's just "Karaoke Revolution." This game's got fifty songs in a really stellar lineup, even including five in Spanish! The music goes all the way back to the '70s, including five classics from the Jackson 5. This comes along with a new venue creator and a revamped character creator, allowing for more customization than ever before.

Your Shape

Your Shape is an all-new fitness game for the Wii that uses a camera to track your movements over all fitness exercises. Based on the fitness goals you set for yourself, the game gives you which exercises you should do, and uses the camera to make sure you do it all right and reach that goal. Through using the camera, you're able to play the game and exercise without even using the nunchuk or wiimote. The game will keep track of your burned calories and everything, making for a fun and useful gaming experience.

Bit.Trip Void

The Bit.Trip series of Wiiware titles has been a huge hit, mixing retro-themed music and graphics with simple but addictive gameplay elements. The latest in the series, Bit.Trip Void, simply wants you to collect black dots and avoid white dots. Easy? Not if every black dot makes you bigger, making it harder and harder to avoid the white ones. If it sounds retro, that's because it is. If it sounds too simple, it's really not.
