Air Hogs has come up with some amazing toys in the last 10 years. One of their newest is the Switchblade Transforming Stunt Flier, which comes in yellow and black OR red and gray. It’s a morphing flying machine that takes off vertically and can hover like a UFO. Press the Morph Button on the remote and watch the Switchblade Transforming Stunt Flier transform into a jet right in midair!
Remote Controlled
The Switchblade Transforming Stunt Flier is powered by batteries and includes a remote control, plug-in charger, launcher (or you can use your hands), four extra propellers, instruction booklet and built-in LIPO battery (you charge it by plugging it into the remote!). The on-off switch is on the bottom of the plane. The plane can be morphed when not in motion by either using the button on the remote or by pushing a button located on the plane itself. It’s a very durable toy that can take a lot of abuse until you learn to fly it like a pro.
Fly Away
The first step in playing with the Switchblade Transforming Stunt Flier is to pick a place to fly: your backyard, the local park or even in the middle of a high-school football field. Then, decide what motor configuration to use. The motor located on the wing is adjustable from hover to forward flight. Take your time to get used to the controls. Eventually you will get the hang of them and be able to maneuver your plane wherever you want it to go. With practice you will soon be flying, hovering and landing with no problem. If you are landing properly there will be no need for the extra propellers that are included in the kit.
This amazing transforming stunt flier comes in a handy, reusable carrying case that is a great place to store your plane; the plane itself has a wing span of 17 inches, a range of 300 feet and flies at a frequency of 27.045 MHZ.
