Quiz the Coach :: PE Teacher Troubles

My gym teacher is like really mean! I HATE her! Like Friday, I was in gym and had to go to the bathroom really bad! She said no. I asked to go to the nurse. She said no. And I swear she slapped my face! I told my mom. My mother won’t do anything though. What should I do? ,

-Not Known

Dear Not Known,

Your teachers are important people in your life because not only do you have to deal with them on a daily basis, but also they are supposed to be positive influences. However, teachers have one of the most stressful jobs in the workforce, and they aren’t always nice to the students.

1st Clue - Karma

Humble HeartsHumble Hearts

But let’s take a step back from your situation and look at the big picture. People generally react to you based on your own attitude. For example, if you are helpful, generous and caring, most people are going to react to those things with the same kindness. But if you are difficult, dishonest, and mean, the chances are that most people will be very unpleasant with you.

Hold-Off on Hatred

The first problem is your hatred for your teacher. It is going to be impossible to solve your problem if you choose to hate her. If you really want things to change, you have to take the first step to change. You can't wait for your teacher and nobody is going to change if you remain full of hate… you can lead the way.

Kill Em with Kindness

Helping HandHelping Hand

The secret to getting someone mean to become nice is to give them your heart. Write your teacher a nice letter and tell her how you want to bury the hatchet and start over. But remember actions speak louder than words. You can’t just say it… you have to mean it. Try to say hello every time you see her, pay attention to her in class, give her a smile when she looks at you… you don’t have to be a suck-up but if you are generally nice to her, I’m positive that you are going to notice a change in her behavior to you.

They're throwing each other in the air, performing possibly dangerous stunts, not even mentioning that they have to wear those skimpy outfits in freezing weather.  And also, my sister got a severe head injury and a sprained neck while doing a stunt. That's more injured than i've seen a basketball player get.

So it's not really a sport. It still looks fun though. Actually, cheerleaders do compete. There are cheer competitions.  Agree! 9o9
