90210: Season 4, Episode 19 :: The Heart Will Go On

Liam's Sneaking Around
Vanessa suspects that Liam is sneaking around with Silver behind her back. When, in reality, he’s being a supportive friend while Silver takes a test to find out whether or not she has the cancer gene that took her mom’s life. While at the hospital, they run into Dixon and Adrianna, who have their own reasons for being there.
Dixon's Heart Defect
Adrianna surprises Dixon with some studio time. But before they can take advantage of it, Dixon nearly has a heart attack. Adrianna takes him to the hospital where they find out that Dixon has a heart defect, which he was likely born with. Before leaving the hospital, Dixon spots Raj dying in a hospital bed. Raj asks Dixon not to tell Ivy that he lied to her.
Ivy Learns the Truth
Even though things are going well for Ivy with her new boyfriend and her charity work, Dixon feels the urge to tell her the truth. When he does, Ivy rushes to the hospital in tears to support Raj in his final days, her new boyfriend utterly forgotten. But Raj's final days turn into final hours. When Ivy returns from retrieving water, Raj has passed away.
Jen Returns
Meanwhile, Jen returns from her unsuccessful trip to pursue Preston, but Naomi is furious. She has Jen’s bags packed and would kick her out the door if she weren’t ill. But after seeing Annie’s concern for Dixon, she realizes that her sibling rivalry isn’t enough to break them apart for good.
Annie's Priest
Annie meets Caleb, a cute guy who’s working for the same surfing charity that she’s taking part in. They both have good reasons for turning to charity work, but Caleb took his repentance to the extreme and became a priest.
