Stylin’ with Anne Hathaway

By: George Caroll

It looks like Hollywood has a case of pixie-cut fever. Joining the pixie stars of the past, (Twiggy, Mia Farrow, Audrey Hepburn and most recently Michelle Williams and Ginnifer Goodwin) is Anne Hathaway who stars as Catwoman in the Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises. Though Anne is no stranger to short hair, her new ultra-short style cut has challenged women to embrace their inner pixie.

Why the Pixie?

From long waves to sleek strands to a sexy bob, we've seen Anne Hathaway in just about every haircut style over the last few years -- although never one quite this short. The Catwoman actress is growing her hair back after cutting it for her role as Fantine in the movie musical version of Les Miserables. For most women, this would mean nightmarish halfway hairstyles, but Anne’s been flaunting her short ultra-chic look and loving it. Chopped or not, is there any look this brunette beauty can't pull off?

Short is Sassy

Short style cuts are fun, sporty, sexy and sassy but makeup and wardrobe back-up are essential for a feminine look. I'm a massive short style cut advocate, telling anyone who'll listen how wonderful it is to only take a minute with the hair dryer in the morning and never worry about straighteners and fussing with your hair.

And how cool is it to stand out in a world of over-grown moptop hair? I’m always keeping an eye out for women with sexy, sassy short style cuts and complement them when I spot one. The guy in your life might just feel the same. Like Anne, give it a try!

Calm down. Ignore her. You are YOU, don't let anyone change you. If someone hurts, cry a river and build a bridge over it cx

Hmmm....Then she mustn't be necessarily "using" you, if she is not getting something in return ( As far as we know of). However, It does sound like she is being extremely unfair. That just might be how she is. Not exactly loyal to anyone. Well, try to talk to her about it and tell her how you feel. And, if it doesn't work out, then she might not be a great friend to hang around with, and maybe you will find someone else who enjoys your company. I hope this helps, and good luck :)

No not really. Like I said, one minute she's all smiley and then she doesn't even look at me. Most of the time I see her with Daniela and Andrea. Today she was asking me if I was going to hang out with her, Daniela, Andrea and Luisa during recess. When I told her that I was 'going to have to think' she was like, "Whatever." and ran off to catch up with the Threesome. Thanks. :)
