So ya dig sports but need some help with your game? Don't understand some of the rules of football, basketball or hockey? Got a gripe about P.E. class, skateboarders, cheerleading, coaches, or anything? Why not ?

1Hey Coach,
I was having a wrestling match for fun with my friend once, just cuz we were bored, and it was off-season. We were wrestling and I was starting to win, so he decided to send his arm upward between my legs on purpose. He low-blowed me and I was on the floor in pain. When I finally got up minutes later, he kicked me as hard as he could in the nuts. I fell on the floor holding my groin again. Even though it was funny, I still needed revenge on him. So when he turned around, I hit him in the nuts back. Do you think I should've low-blowed him back?

Hey lysol

I have tears of pain in my eyes just reading your story. You guys both need to give your heads a shake if you think it's funny to exchange low-blows until one of you loses a testicle. Even though it can be amusing to see someone else get hit in the nuts, it's also very painful for the person getting hit. The testicles are a very sensitive part of the male anatomy and a low-blow can often do permanent damage. That's why jockstraps were invented.

Low-blows are cheap and dirty and are banned from virtually every kind of sport played anywhere in the world. You shouldn't have gotten revenge by giving him a low-blow back. Next time the two of you wrestle, leave out the shots to the nuts. You could both end up with permanent injuries, which won't seem very funny down the road when neither of you can get a date or have children.

Do you need tips or advice on sports, fitness or health? to the Kidzworld Coach. Keep in mind peeps, the Kidzworld Coach isn't a doctor or a professional athlete or anything like that. He's just a dude who digs sports, plays 'em and knows a lot about 'em. You should always talk to your 'rents, a doctor or your school gym teacher before starting a new sport or a new exercise.

Boys CAN cheerlead, but chances are they will be made fun of(not by me). Cheerleaders do A LOT of physical cheers and stunts, and we use ourselves instead of gear. A lot and most people underestimate cheerleaders for just some girls with poms and uniforms going "go team! yay!" because they have seen that in movies and tv. look up some cheer comp videos and still only some people with change their view of cheerleaders as girls on the sidelines doing uncreative cheers and stupid words to match. I hope this helped you understand a little bit more about cheerleading and cheerleaders. Peace Out!
