Mookie Swing Ball & Tail Ball

Looking for some new outdoor games to put some bounce into your summer? Kidzworld looks at Soccer Swing Ball and Tail Ball.

Mookie Toys - Soccer Swing Ball

Improve your kicking and ball handling skills, and test your reflexes with Mookie Soccer Swing Ball. The soccer ball is attached to to an elastic string so the ball springs right back at you when you kick it. It's great for practicing soccer when you don't have any friends around and is perfect for goalies who want to work on their reaction time. You can play Soccer Swing Ball anywhere - at the beach, in your back yard or at the park. It's easy to put together and comes with its own plastic pump for inflating the ball. Soccer Swing Ball is a great way to kill some time on a boring summer day, but it certainly doesn't replace the fun of playing a regular soccer game with a bunch of friends.

Mookie Toys - Tail Ball

Tail Ball is kind of a cross between tennis and badminton. The object of the game is to bat the tail ball with a plastic bat back and forth through a plastic hoop. The tail ball is a foam ball with a bunch of tassels on the end which makes the ball take a similar flight pattern to a badminton shuttlecock (birdie). Tail Ball is easy to set up and can be packed into a plastic case so you can take it to the beach or a friend's house quite easily. It's a neat game to try once or twice but any game that uses a ball with colorful tassels on the end of it is just a bit too girly for me. Don't expect Tail Ball to be an Olympic sport anytime soon.

They're throwing each other in the air, performing possibly dangerous stunts, not even mentioning that they have to wear those skimpy outfits in freezing weather.  And also, my sister got a severe head injury and a sprained neck while doing a stunt. That's more injured than i've seen a basketball player get.

So it's not really a sport. It still looks fun though. Actually, cheerleaders do compete. There are cheer competitions.  Agree! 9o9
