Here we go! The first thing you want to do to catch bugs is make sure that you have a net to catch them with. Once you have the net, it's all about finding the bugs. Here's a list of when and where you'll be able to find all the bugs in the game!

Once you catch all the bugs, save your game and quit. Then, load it up again and Tortimer will give you a golden net as a prize!
