Hey 123789,

If you're stumped with the Pelennor Fields battle in The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, I have a walkthrough that'll help you kick butt. For those peeps who don't know what the Pelennor Fields are all about, that's where the huge battle between Sauron's minions, the men of Gondor, the Riders of Rohan and all those Haradrim jerks on the huge Mumak elephants took place.

The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King Walkthrough

Ok, what you have to do first is to knock the stuffing out of 60 bad guys. There's a huge crowd of them but don't charge into the mob or they'll turn you into hero sushi. The best thing to do is to hang out near the edges of the fight and thump any bad guys who wander within range. If you do get stuck in the battle, parry and run!

Once you've stomped a horde of enemies, you have to stop the Mumak from stepping on Eowyn and Merry. You can beat the first Mumak you see by filling it full of arrows, make sure you parry arrows that come at you though or you'll be toast.

The second Mumak is way across the battlefield. While the orcs and humans fight it out, run between the left and middle ballista, and don't stop to fight anything. On the far side of the battle is a ramp to the top of a cliff. Get up there and get ready to deal with the second Mumak. Use the ballista to shoot it and it'll drop.

Now you've made the Witch King of Angmar, lord of Sauron's Nazgul, angry. He's going to show up to make your life miserable because, well, he's a real meanie. Use your ranged attack to shoot a bunch of orcs, trolls and the Nazgul to make sure the bad guys don't make jam out of Eowyn and Merry. Once you've hit the Nazgul a lot, he'll take off to sulk, and a huge Mumak will show up. Get to the cliff nearest the Mumak and take care of it, then the Witch King will return so you can shoot him some more. Keep fighting until you finally destroy the Witch King!

That's it for Lord of the Rings: Return of the King video game cheats and walkthroughs this week. Stick around and see what cheats Gary can come up with for next week. He'll get the 411 on all the coolest game codes! Don't forget, if you get stuck and need a game cheat code, and let him know!
