Pokemon Emerald: GBA Video Game Review!
Courtesy of NintendoIt's here! Nintendo's
Pokemon Emerald video game has arrived for the
Gameboy Advance. So, what gives about this new
Pokemon video game? We have the 411 on what's new, and whether it kicks butt, in our
game review!
Pokemon Emerald - What's New Pikachu?
The
coolest thing about Pokemon Emerald is that it's like
Pokemon Ruby and
Pokemon Sapphire got squished together into a giant Poke-sandwich. You'll find
Team Magma and Team Aqua as well as
Kyogre and
Groudon! Plus, there's a new Battle Tube mode where you can battle to earn new medals. You can even plug in the Wireless Adaptor from
Pokemon FireRed or
Pokemon LeafGreen and battle against your friends!
Pokemon Emerald - What's It Weak Against?
Well, it's pretty much the same game as the rest of the
Pokemon games for the Gameboy Advance. If you just want to
capture Pokemon, you can grab any one of 'em and play for weeks. This one is just for peeps who want to catch every single Pokemon in the whole wide world.
Is Pokemon Emerald the Game for You?
If you're a hardcore Pokemon fan who needs to catch 'em all, you need this game cuz there are tons of Pokemon to collect, including some
rare ones. If you're a new Poke-trainer then this is the best Pokemon game for you to start on - it has all the really
rare Pokemon for you to collect! Either way, you can't go wrong with this
awesome game.
Pokemon Emerald Thumbs Up:
Kyogre and Groudon, together at last!
Play multiplayer with the Wireless Adaptor.
Team Aqua and Team Magma, both at once!
New game mode: The Battle Tube.
Pokemon Emerald Thumbs Down:
Unless you're a hardcore Poke-fan, it's the same old game all over again.
Pokemon Emerald Game Rating:

It's great! I have a Rayquaza level 100, a Groudon level 83 and a Kyogre level 82. The only bad thing is when you enter Pokemon Contests, your opponents give their Pokemon such dum nicknames.
