Neopets: The Darkest Faerie: Playstation 2 Game Review
Welcome to the magical fantasy land of Neopia! Neopets: The Darkest Faerie is the first ever PS2 video game that lets you explore Neopia in 3D, battling villains, making friends and saving the day when The Darkest Faerie, (an ancient villain so horrible her name was wiped from history), returns. We review it right here.
Saving the Day in Neopets: The Darkest FaerieNeopets: The Darkest Faerie is a typical 3D action game with lots of running around, climbing, jumping, puzzle-solving, quests and monster-bashing. You play as the brave lupe Tormund or as Roberta, who each with their own moves. You get to complete quests, get Petpets, enter the Battle Arena and explore the magical world of Neopia as you battle The Darkest Faerie.
Neopian Goodness on the Playstation 2From big boss battles to lots of quests, famous Neopians, a cool story and a grand tour of Meridell and Brightvale, this game is packed with stuff. Plus, there are these magic things called Motes that let you power up your weapons and armor - but you need to know what type of Neopet your opponent is so you can use the right Mote against them. If you're a Neopet expert, you can really kick butt!
Dark and Gloomy Badness in NeopiaOk, The Darkest Faerie is totally snarky and nasty, but this game isn't. The biggest problem is that the camera is totally spazz-tastic and flip-flops around when you get into tight corners, but that's about it.
The Darkest Faerie - Good or Evil?If you dig Neopets, you need this game! It's the best way to check out Neopia in 3D and have magical adventures all over the fantasy world. The game camera gets a bit fussy, but everything else about the game is a fantastic adventure that even has some solid strategy stuff for experienced gamers and peeps who don't dig Neopets that much.
