We review the new Sizzletoad board game!

Sizzletoad is a wacky lil' board game from the same guy who created Chessheads, but this one's a bit easier on the brain! It's a game where you play Rock-Paper-Scissors with a frog (Sizzletoad), a bird (Paperduck), and a bug (Fossiltick) and the winner gets to put a card on the 3x3 board. The first player to complete a Tic-Tac-Toe on the board scores points and the first player to 33 points wins! It's fast and easy to play and the strategy is so simple that anyone can win. Unfortunately, the cards are so tiny that they're a bit fiddly. The rules are a bit fuzzy in some spots too, but we have clarifications below and even a new rulebook you can download and print. Sizzletoad is a decent game that's fun for players of all ages and the new rules make it easier to play - it's just a little rough around the edges.

Sizzletoad - Rule Fixes

When someone completes a Tic-Tac-Toe, all 24 cards are shuffled and re-dealt.

When you score a Tic-Tac-Toe, all the un-used cards from the current Duel are put into the Discard before you count your points.
