The show was developed and produced by Ashton Kutcher.

The basis for the show is to pair beautiful women with dorky men and see if they can teach each other to be a little more rounded. The girls teach the boys things like massage, grooming and dancing while the boys teach the girls about computers, geography and car maintenance.
