Nintendo DS Gets TV Channels and Web Surfing!

The Nintendo DS just became one sweet machine! Nintendo announced a few new things that'll be coming to Japan soon and, hopefully, the rest of the world.

Voice Over IP - So you can chat with your friends through your DS.

Web Surfing - With a web-surfing cartridge you'll be able to visit Kidzworld.com on your DS!

TV - A new add-on will let you watch a TV channel that's designed for mobile phones.

Combine these features with the DS' ability to go online and you'll be able to use it as a mini cellphone, web-browser and television. Dang! Email Gary with your comments!

Pokemon Journey Across America

A major new Pokemon event is happening this year! The Pokemon peeps are taking a trip across America and visiting malls in a bunch of cities. They're bringing special, downloadable Pokemon with them to each location so, if you can get to their special events, you'll be able to download popular and rare Pokemon like Celebi! $100,000 Champion With EA's Madden NFL 06

The game was Madden NFL 06, the matches were played on an Xbox game console, and the final match went down in Honolulu, Hawaii on February 10, 2006. Eighteen year-old Jarvis Thompson from Upper Marlboro, Maryland walloped 18 year-old Haarwun Brown from Mobile, Alabama 42-18 with the Philadelphia Eagles and his fave player, Donovan McNabb. His final prize was $100,000!

Shaun White Makes Snowboarding Game

The gold-medal Olympic snowboarder, Shaun White, is teaming up with the peeps behind the awesome King Kong video game to make a snowboarding video game! The 19 year-old, six-time X Games gold medalist picked up Olympic gold at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin and he's helping Ubisoft with their new video game.
