Lindsay Lohan's appendix checked out in an LA hospital - and then Lindsay checked into rehab for unspecified substance abuse issues.

Singer and former Moesha star Brandy was involved in a car crash that killed a 38 year-old woman. The woman's family has slapped Brandy with a $50 million lawsuit and prosecutors have recommended charges of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, but Brandy has not yet been charged.

Items belonging to Paris Hilton, that were auctioned off when she failed to pay her storage bill, have ended up on a pay-to-view website. Many of the items are of a very personal (and sometimes scandalous) nature - including journals, photos and credit card receipts. Paris has sued the owners of the website and it's been temporarily shut down.
