Your best bet is to go to the doctor's office and see what they say. I understand you might be embarrassed but the last thing you want is for that to be a serious injury. I don't believe it is based on what you are saying but then again, I'm not a doctor. And nobody on this site it.  Also, for future reference, you might want to speak up and say something to driver. Make them aware of what they did and make sure you get insurance information because if that injury is serious, your parents will have to pay for it in comparison to the driver paying for. I know you might be shy or embarrassed. I'm like that too but this is serious. Whether you are hurt or not, the driver needed to know what they did.

i ran across a road and an edge of a car hit my side and i fell on the road, i just got up and walked (limped slightly) away and pretended like nothing happened as i was to embarrassed to go back or say anything to the person that hit me, the side of my body that got hit  feels fine its the side i fell onto that sore i can walk on it but it is sore when moving, I've only told my friends and don't want to tell my parents as I'm to embarrassed and i don't want them to worry, will my side be ok?
