So bascially, you would tell somebody something that means alot to you (not really) and you would promise them not to tell no one. Wait a couple of days or so, and if you hear that the secret you told your friend has spread.....thats when you know you can't trust that person with certain things.. Hoped that helped !. It worked 4 me ! :)
