The 39 Clues Series

Ten books, four collector card packs, one game and over $100,000 in prizes. The 39 Clues is not your average book series. It’s an interactive adventure—a fierce competition for both the characters and the readers.

Read the Books

In The 39 Clues, Dan and Amy Cahill embark on the race of a lifetime. They travel from Paris to Venice to Vienna and around the world in search of the 39 clues. The trail of clues, left by their grandmother, leads to a great Cahill family power. But Dan and Amy are in danger. Five other teams—greedy descendents from the Cahill line—are hot on their trail. These power-hungry teams will stop at nothing to find the clues.

This ten book series will be authored by some of today’s best writers, including Rick Riordan (The Lightning Thief), Gordon Korman (the On The Run series) and Peter Lerangis (the Spy X series).

Collect the Cards

Each book contains six cards strapped to the inside cover. But don’t worry, you can collect more cards by purchasing the four card packs, which will be released with the first, fourth, seventh and ninth book in the series. Each card pack contains 16 cards chosen at random. So buy the packs, and collect the set!

Play the Game

Log onto the39clues.com to create an account and begin your adventure. You can start your own online card collection, find out which branch of the Cahill family you’re best suited to (Janus, Lucian, Ekaterina or Tomas), and begin your hunt for the 39 clues!

Win the Prizes

So you’re probably wondering, with over $100,000 worth of prizes, what exactly can you win? Well, it all depends on where you live. Log onto the39clues.com, click “PRIZES,” select your country and check out the list of fun contests, sweepstakes, and prizes you can win. Some countries offer cash prizes, while others offer cool stuff like gaming consoles, backpacks, lie detector watches and even a home entertainment centre!

Who Can Play?

Anyone can join The 39 Clues online, but only select countries offer the sweepstakes and contests: Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom and the USA.

I Just looked it up and Here is what i found....: At the dawn of agriculture, about 8000 B.C., the population of the world was approximately 5 million. Over the 8,000-year period up to 1 A.D. it grew to 200 million (some estimate 300 million or even 600, suggesting how imprecise population estimates of early historical periods can be), with a growth rate of under 0.05% per year. A tremendous change occurred with the industrial revolution: whereas  it had taken all of human history until around 1800 for world population to reach one billion , the second billion was achieved in only 130 years (1930), the third billion in less than 30 years (1959), the fourth billion in 15 years (1974), and the fifth billion in only 13 years (1987). During the 20th century alone, the population in the world has grown from 1.65 billion to 6 billion. In 1970, there were roughly half as many people in the world as there are now. Because of declining growth rates, it will now take over 200 years to double again. So, There are definitely more people on earth now...huh?  Bravo
