The Secret Saturdays: Beasts Of The 5th Sun Preview
As if the Cartoon Network’s Secret Saturdays couldn’t get any better! D3Publisher is getting ready to release The Secret Saturdays: Beasts Of The 5th Sun, where you’ll get the chance to take control of Zak Saturday and the rest of the Saturday family – Drew, Doc, Doyle and their pet Cryptids Zon, Komodo and Fiskerton – as they fly, swing, pole vault and battle enemies.
This is the first time the cartoon show will be brought to video game systems – and we can’t wait! We love watching the show, where the Saturday family – a group of scientific explorers – are dedicated to discovering and protecting the secret artifacts and mysterious creature known as Cryptids … and we know we’ll love playing the game, too, and travelling the globe to find and protect the Saturday family’s beloved Cryptids.
Kids that are between 6 and 11 years old will love playing through 10 action-packed levels in amazing environments ranging from dangerous jungles to lost undersea cities as you collect and interact with more than 50 never-before-seen Cryptids. As you play you can record the details of each and every one of your finds in your very own Cryptipedia.
There are fun puzzle elements, too, which will help you locate hidden Cryptids and discover new paths as you fight enemies that you’ll recognize from the popular TV show, including Van Rook, Piecemeal, Munya and the evil V.V. Argost.
Cartoony, vibrant and fun, this action game will be available for Nintendo DS, Wii and PS2 on October 20, 2009.
