For 39 days, Survivor contestants sleep on the ground, eat very little, perform challenges - and try not to kill each other. After nine completed seasons of the hit reality show, we've got the goods on which one came out on top - and which ones just couldn't Outwit, Outplay and Outlast.

#4. Survivor 6 - The Amazon

Winner: Jenna Morasca, a 21-year old swimsuit model from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
Finalists: Matthew Von Ertfelda, Butch Lockley and Rob Cesternino.
Details: In the first season of men vs. women, Jenna and Heidi Strobel strip down for peanut butter and Christy Smith takes on the role as the the first deaf contestant on the show.

#3. Survivor 8 - All-Stars

Winner: Amber Brkich, a 25-year old star of Suvirvor 2 - Outback.
Finalists: Rob Mariano (Marquesas), Rupert Boneham (Pearl Islands) and Jenna Lewis (Borneo).
Details: With three tribes made-up of 18 contestants from the past seven seasons, All-Stars was bound to be dramatic. Contestants include past winners Tina Wesson, Richard Hatch, Ethan Zohn and Jenna Morasca - who are now dating. At the finale, Amber nabs $1 million plus a proposal from Rob!

#2. Survivor 2 - Outback

Winner: Tina Wesson, a 40-year old nurse from Knoxville Tennessee.
Finalists: Colby Donaldson, Keith Famie and Rodger Bingham.
Details: In this dramatic season, Michael burns himself after falling in a fire and is forced to leave the game. Alicia Calaway stirs things up by waving her finger at Kimmi Kappenberg and mean-girl Jerri Manthey has a creepy crush on Colby. While future winner Amber Brkich keeps a low profile, cutie Elisabeth Hasselback (who now co-hosts The View) sadly doesn't make the final four.

#1. Survivor 1 - Borneo

Winner: Richard Hatch, a 39-year old corporate trainer from Newport, Rhode Island, who became famous for running around the island in his birthday suit. He is now reportedly in trouble with the IRS for not claiming the $1 million dollars he won.
Finalists: Rudy Boesch, Susan Hawk and Kelly Wiglesworth.
Details: You can't beat the original. When Survivor premiered in 2000, there had never been anything like it before - and the phenomenon was born.

Survivor 10 - Palau - Now Playing

The 10th installment has already proven to be a stand-out. While one of the tribes has a new shelter which they won in a challenge, Jeff Wilson asked his teammates to vote him off after he twisted his ankle stepping on a coconut. Our favorites for this season? Stephanie LaGrossa and Ian Rosenberger.
