As Blair returns to her internship, she finds her boss stressed. She has to do something to de-stress her before Blair’s performance review. She convinces Nate to try and sleep with her. But at the party, her boss runs off with a guy from her past. She decides to quit her job and give the reins to Blair.

Meanwhile, Dan is not pleased that Ben is going to be living with him. He’s dangerous, and he doesn’t want Ben anywhere near Serena. Damien creates an elaborate plan to get Ben sent away by claiming that Ben attacked him. He gets Dan and Serena’s brother to help. But eventually justice is served, the truth comes out and Damien gets busted not only for his lies but also for his drug dealing.
