All you need to pull off this look is a black cape, some black clothes and white face make-up. Throw in a little dark eye liner and some fake blood - and those classic, plastic fangs - and you'll be in high vampire style. Classic Halloween Costumes - Ghost

All ya need is a white sheet. It's the simplest, most cost-efficient homemade Halloween costume on the block. Yeah, it's boring and people will be more scared of a toaster than you, but sometimes retro is in. And if you're lucky, you could find a creepy mask to go with your sheet. If not, don't forget to cut eyeholes out of your sheet.

Classic Halloween Costumes - Witch

Wiccans are the most classic Halloween costumes. You can totally customize the look and be a scary witch, a warty witch or a good witch. The typical goulish witch wears a long, black robe, a black pointy hat with a large brim and carries a broom. You may also want to use a portable plastic cauldron to collect your loot in. You can find all these witchy accessories at any department or novelty store. You can customize your classic witch with green face paint and a rubber nose with a big wart! You can always snag a witch mask at costume stores as well.

A good witch is also easy to do. Think Wizard of Oz - Glenda, the Good Witch looked kinda like a fairy. Lots of white clothing, a little glitter make-up and a pretty wand (maybe even a tiara) will have your outfit lookin' perfect.
