Glee: Season 3, Episode 17 :: Dance with Somebody

Apr 24, 2012

This week on Glee (Season 3, Episode 17), New Directions celebrates the famous singer Whitney Houston. Read Kidzworld’s recap of “Dance with Somebody”, which aired April 24, 2012, to find out what you missed!

The kids are having a hard time saying goodbye to Whitney Houston after she passes away. Mr. Schu thinks this is because they are all graduating, and are having a hard time accepting reality and moving forward. He thinks the best way to do this is to celebrate the life of the famous singer.

Wedding Bells

Mr. Schu is so excited about his and Emma’s upcoming wedding, he books them a wedding planner! The wedding is planned for December, but he wants to move it up to May. But, the wedding planner doesn’t think they can pull everything together in time so Mr. Schu suggests they have the wedding at a campsite, instead of a church. Emma isn’t thrilled with this option, so he finally tells her he wants to move the wedding up so all the Glee kids can go to the wedding.

Coupled Up

Quinn is falling in love again! This time, it’s with Joe, another member of New Directions. He is helping her through her physical therapy sessions, and they decide to sing a duet together. Will they be the next Glee couple?

Flirty Texts

Kurt makes a new friend named Chandler at the local record store. They connect over Kurt’s eccentric outfit and their shared love for Whitney Houston. But, when the guy asks for Kurt’s phone number, he is tempted to send him flirtatious texts. When Blaine finds out, he is heartbroken. In the end, the two of them find a way to work it out with the help of Emma’s counseling services.

Alright let me start out by saying that, I do not think you should be forced to like anime. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions out what they watch. But their is some bogus reason to why people say they hate it. 1. "Anime is For Kids" - Alright we all know this isn't true. Sure some are directed towards kids but ones like Tokyo Ghoul, Attack On Titan, Boku no Pico, and several others that would definitely change people's mind. 2. "Anime is a bad influence" - And Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, and Walking Dead arent?  3. "Anime has very inappropriate messages to them that are harmful to children and adults" - Doesnt everything have their little "parodies" of the original that may have a rating of Triple X? If its out there, there is a "parody" of it. Not just anime.
