How To: Paperclip Earrings

Need a simple gift or some new jewelry for your wardrobe? Bust out some old paperclips, some simple beading supplies and you’ve got yourself a fresh, fun look. Adding beads can bring even more of a little pop and bring some school supply inspired fashion to any occasion.

What You’ll Need:

  • Plastic coated paperclips
  • Needle-nosed pliers
  • Earring hooks
  • Beads

What You’ll Need to Do:

  1. Twist your paperclips open and slide on any beads you’d like.
  2. Slide on the earring hooks, the small metal loop, onto the paperclip.
  3. Close the paperclip back to its original shape.
  4. Instant earrings!
