Get the facts on the Evo Crushinators of Doom expansion set for the Duel Masters trading card game from Wizards of the Coast with this review! - Page 3

The Evo Crushinators of Doom expansion set for the Duel Masters TCG is 55 new cards that you can add to your collection, plus 5 super-rare cards. There are new monsters, new spells and new powers - everything you need for huge monster battles!

Duel Masters TCG: Evo Crushinators of Doom The Rad Stuff

The cards have more wicked artwork, plus shiny foil cards for the very rare and super rare cards. The set is easy to collect too, each card is numbered and it's easy to tell which are rare cards. The new Evolution monsters give you huge creatures for a cheap price - all you have to do is make sure you have the proper creature to evolve. This set will definitely cause some crushination of your opponents!

Duel Masters TCG: Evo Crushinators of Doom The Ugly Stuff

It's not all good news though - the new Evolution creatures, while they give you a power boost, eat one of your creatures and make you build your deck to support them. The biggest problem though is that there's only one Evolution monster per civilization!

Duel Masters TCG: Evo Crushinators of Doom Bottom Line

The Evolution creatures are huge, but a bit weird to play with. There are also a bunch of new cards for each civilization that really kick butt. Even though it needs more Evolution creatures, this set is totally worth picking up so you can slam your opponent with serious Kaijudo power.

Evo Crushinators of Doom Set Rating: 4

Evo Crushinators of Doom Thumbs Up:

  • Evolution = huge creatures, cheap cost.
  • Easy to collect.
  • Great artwork.
  • Fun card quotes!

Evo Crushinators of Doom Thumbs Down:

  • Needs more Evolution creatures.
  • Evolution creatures make it hard to make multi-civilization decks.

Do You Play for Fun or to Win?

    • I'm all about just playin' the game, may the best player win!
    • I play to win, all the time. I'll even spend $20,000 on a card so I can beat you!
    • I play to hang out with cool gamers.

The first game came out in 1991  ;) Anyway, I love Sonic! I stink at the games though lol My favorite characters are Knuckles and Charmy And I agree that this is the best single-player game ever!

At least you aren't restricted to TTC/or be only able to try the 3-day trial.  We're actually very lucky now; nonmembers don't give Disney a lick of money. I think Toontown is very different from Club Penguin.  It has a full plot and it's 3-Dimensional.  Also, you don't really do all that much in Club Penguin other than chat and do some mini-missions.  Also, the games were targeted to a different audience... and I feel that Toontown has more memories than Club Penguin; though that may be a bit biased as I don't really have any friends on Club Penguin (LOL), don't really play anymore anyway.

It's like club penguin, I've played it before and you have to pay for almost everything.
