Nick Cannon found
his calling at eight years old, when his grandfather gave him several
instruments as a gift. After a lot of practice, he recorded his first song on his boom box and then formed the rap duo,
Da Bomb Squad, with his best friend. They opened for musical superstars like
Will Smith, Montell Jordan and
98 Degrees! At 16, he headed for the hills of Hollywood to work the
stand-up comedy circuit, but was soon cast in the Nickelodeon show, All That, and then landed his own show,
The Nick Cannon Show. Next came movie roles in Drumline,
Love Don't Cost a Thing with Christina Milian,
Underclassman and his latest flick,
Roll Bounce with
Bow Wow.

Nick Cannon has also been busy on the music scene. After recording songs for the

dedicated to his mom!
