Ashley (Lindsay Lohan) has always had good luck. She was voted prom queen in high school (at a school she didn't attend!), she has the perfect job, always finds the cutest clothes at sample sale prices and cute boys fall at her feet. But, her luck is about to change. When Ashley throws a masquerade ball for a big client, the hired astrologer warns her that the wheel of fortune is getting ready to spin and alter her course. She then meets a handsome stranger (Jake) on the dance floor, and with a kiss, her good luck is transferred to him!
