Pinky - A less-than-brilliant genetically modified mouse who speaks with an English accent.

The Brain - A genetically modified mouse who shares a cage with Pinky and is a bit of an evil genius. He has an ongoing desire for world domination.

Snowball - Snowball is a genius hamster and former friend of The Brain. He also has hopes of taking over the world and even once accomplished the task - albeit temporarily.

Billie - A clever, yet wacky, female mouse who both Brain and Snowball have a crush on. However, Billie only has eyes for easygoing Pinky.

Phar Fig Newton - A chubby and poorly performing race horse who shares a lot in common with Pinky.
