Baseball Training Tools

Are you a baseball player looking to take your skills to the next level? We have a few training tools that will help you improve!

Baseball Equipment - Instructo Tee Swing Trainer

Instructo Tee Swing Trainer

The Instructo Tee Swing Trainer was designed to help baseball players develop the right technique on their swing. It helps develop muscle memory, balance and bat speed. It can be adjusted to three settings - downward swing, level swing and upward swing, so you will learn the proper mechanics for hitting ground balls and pop flies. Retail - $150 US.

Baseball Equipment - Bratt's Training Bats

Bratt's Training Bats

From little league to the pros, Bratt's Training Bats help hitters increase their bat speed and power. Swinging the Bratt's Training Bat 50-100 times per day will have you hitting the ball like Barry Bonds. Unlike "donut weights" that you put on bats, these training bats actually allow the player to implement their normal practice swing. This tool also loosens your hitting muscles while strengthening them at the same time. This bat comes in a variety of sizes, so players of all ages can benefit from using this product. Retail - $56 US.

Baseball Equipment - ThrowMax Flexible Throwing Brace

ThrowMax Flexible Throwing Brace

If you have any bad throwing habits, the ThrowMax Flexible Throwing Brace will help correct them. This tool does not allow the elbow to bend more than 90 degrees, so it helps with your overall posture when pitching. The brace also helps to prevent injury caused by bad form. The ThrowMax comes in many different sizes, and is available for both right and left-handers. Retail - $40 US.

Baseball Equipment - Duraband Resistance Arm Strengthener

Duraban Resistance Arm Strengthener

Both baseball and softball players will benefit from the Duraband Resistance Arm Strengthener. This training aid strengthens a players arm. The kit comes in four different colors, each of which has a different level of resistance. For instance, red is for light resistance, while blue is for heavy resistance. There are a variety of exercises you can do with this tool, including drills that will improve your hitting. The Duraban works out a lot of different muscles and comes at a fair price. Retail - $50 US.

It's definitely an American thing - here in Australia we have like no Cheerleaders or Cheerleading groups. I think it's a sport but I'm not really into it. I think any girls or boys can do it. :3

Sure, many girls can fight, in fact some can fight really well, however it is a fact that women are generally physically weaker than men, which means that if a healthy male and a healthy female were to fight then the outcome wouldn't be 50/50 but rather 25/75 if even that much, this assumes that both the male and female have the same experience, training and of course both are healthy. This doesn't mean that women are inferior to men, but I am just pointing out facts, the notion that men and women are exactly the same and should be carrying out the same tasks is ridiculous.
