Have you ever walked into a room full of strangers and suddenly felt so out of place? or been so nervous that it gets hard to breath and you can barley think straight or collect your thoughts? Have you ever been so scared that someone wont like you the way you are that you feel the need to be perfect constantly burning inside of you? That is what having anxiety feels like. Except everyday. Even the simple things like going to school is a struggle. constantly asking yourself " what if they don't like me?"   and constantly telling yourself that they wont because its you. Anxiety is like someone lighting a fire inside of you and slowly its burning you from the inside out. Slowly but painfully it burns every last piece of yourself that you have left because you've hidden it inside so you can fit into society's expectations. Axiety is being asked countless times " why are you shaking?" and "why cant you just sit still?" because sitting still fuels the fire inside. It's waking up in the morn ing wondering if your heart beat will slow down at all. Anxiety is... feeling like you dont meet everyones expectations but trying to anyways because  you want to be worth it. Anxiety is caused by society.. and can only be cured by society. if only it would except everyone for who they are :(
