Cody Simpson is gearing up to kick off his North American Tour for The Acoustic Sessions, a 5 song EP that is out now (just check it out on Cody's YouTube stream here), and today Cody released a brand new video for the acoustic version of his hit song "Pretty Brown Eyes." Shot in black and white, the video captures the classic simplicity of the song when it's performed with no frills.

If you haven't listened to the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack yet, then you're seriously missing out because Grammy-award winning rapper/producer Pharrell Williams' single for the soundtrack "Happy" has not only topped the iTunes charts and spawned the first 24-hour music video - it's also slated to be featured on his first album for Columbia Records!
Pharrell just announced signing to the label, and a brand new album is due out in 2014, and guess what? As if that weren't enough, he's also been nominated for 7 Grammy Awards! Way to go Pharrell!

It's no secret that in photo-shop is used in pretty much everything we see in the media, and it turns out that even the stars getting 'shopped aren't happy about it - Pretty Little Liars starlet Ashley Benson took to Instagram to slam an overly-airbrushed promo for the show that she stumbled on, with the caption:
Saw this floating around....hope it's not the poster. Our faces in this were from 4 years ago.....and we all look ridiculous. Way too much photo shop. We all have flaws. No one looks like this. It's not attractive.
