Find out who Kidzworld picked as the best and worst dressed of 2003. Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Amanda Bynes and many more celebrities have made the cut - so check it out!

When you look back on 2003 there were a lot of fashion highlights - and blunders - that will probably stick out in your mind. Kidzworld's put together our picks of best and worst dressed of the year, so take a look at who's getting praise and who's been handed a ticket for their crimes in style in 2003!

Justin Timberlake and Ashton Kutcher showed the world how to turn heads with a nice pair of pants in 2003.

These two boys really stepped into the spotlight in 2003, not only because of their romances with older women (though that has garnered them some serious press), but because of their super style. Both Justin Timberlake and Ashton Kutcher made waves at award shows, like the Teen Choice Awards, while walking down the red carpet. Whether it's because they're growing up or cuz they've got new stylists, we say keep up the good work!

Both Maggie Gyllenhaal and Queen Latifah were heating up the world of fashion in 2003 with their stylish ensembles.

Maggie Gyllenhaal and Queen Latifah Shake Things Up in 2003

You may not be too familiar with Maggie Gyllenhaal - but you should be. This girl's got a style of her own and she's not afraid to show it. Maggie can wear vintage, lacy gowns or jeans and a T-shirt and still look like a million bucks. Keep your eyes peeled for Maggie (big sis to hottie Jake Gyllenhaal) in 2004. And then there's Queen Latifah. She rocked your world in Chicago in 2003, recieving nomination after nomination for her performance. And her star power wasn't limited to the silver screen, she also cleaned house in the fashion department, looking gorgeous everywhere she went. And isn't it refreshing to see a strong, female role model who doesn't look like she hasn't eaten in over a month? We give mad props to Maggie Gyllenhaal and Queen Latifah for being fashion gurus of the year.

Kidzworld's Honorable Mentions for 2003

  • Elisha Cuthbert, of 24 fame, wooed crowds in 2003 with her elegant look at the Golden Globes.
  • Amanda Bynes arrived on the fashion scene this year with a bang. Unlike her tween-star counterparts, Amanda Bynes kept things simple and tasteful for a look that will definitely be remembered.

1 I think Ashton is such a hot guy. He always dresses hot!

It's really nice that your mother supports it, that always helps!! I'm glad that your family enjoys his company as well. Being 16 while he's 20 is alright. It's a slight odd age gap. But, I think as long as you both are ready, it's alright. Make sure you're mature and safe with your choices though. Personally, I think you should wait until you're closer to at least, 17. But, as long as you two are smart about what you're doing, it should be alright when it come around to it.

You can still talk to him when it comes to your anxiety attacks and all of that because I have those too every night so I know how it feels, but maybe you should wait. But at the end of the day it's your decision I'm just here to give advice

I feel like that too. My best friend will always hang out with her 'new friends' that I have a really bad opinion about. My friend will treat me rudely all the time and sometimes make fun of me with her friends. But, when I needed her the most in my life, she was there for me, and I told her how I felt. She says that she just wants to hang out with more people and apologized, people can be a little teasy at times.  Also, after seeing each other for a long time, people make new friends and start hanging out with them more, it doesn't mean that she doesn't like you.  This may be different for you, but just tell her about it, she will have to know you feelings at one point.  Hope I helped you.
