Okay, do you ever have one of those days that just totally surprises you by how good it is? Everywhere you go and everything you do gets better and better all day long. Just when you think it can't get better, it does and you can't stop smiling. That's the kind of day I had today.

I had no idea when I woke up this morning that things were going to be so rad, but they were. First thing this morning, when I got to school, I ran into Kaelin. He pulled me aside and told me that he missed me a lot and wished we could spend more time together. I totally melted right there in the hall.

So, then I go to biology, right? And Miss Jensen is handing back our tests from last week. I had stressed out so much about that test and I was sure that I'd flunked. But when Miss Jensen gets to my desk she's like, 'Way to go, Sindy. Good job!' I had gotten an A! Can you believe it?

I get home, glowing from the great day that I'd just had, and I just really had to tell my mom about what happened with Kaelin. I know that she doesn't want me to see him, but I thought even my mom would think what he said was so sweet. And man was I right! Mom said that I'd suffered enough since the whole bellybutton thing and that I should invite Kaelin for dinner. What?! Yeah, I wasn't about to wait till she changed her mind, so I called him right away and he came over. Awesome. Just totally awesome.
